Then comes roasting. We eschew traditional drum roasting, which uses natural gas, and instead use an electric roaster that runs solely on electricity. This small yet significant switch reduces our CO2E emissions by a staggering 80% compared to some of the most fuel-efficient traditional roasters.
Every dollar we earn from our sales has a purpose beyond immediate gain. They are reinvested back into our business, allowing us to diversify our future offerings with products like KCups, instant coffee, and cold brew cans.
